LOL! Thank God I have blazin fast WiFi even when I’m outside my home it’s still super fast and it never drops the connection and we’ve been with @GetSpectrum (previously TWC) so long I only pay $33 a month which includes my home phone service #winning

I can’t with you @GetSpectrum 🙃🙃 I pay for fast internet and it keeps going in and out. I had to move my office into my car and use my @ATT internet to work this week. Maybe I should just completely look for another service if I have to go one more week like this 🙃

@Ask_Spectrum You can do your job and do what I’ve been asking for over 4 months and fix my cable. Engineering can’t. Techs come here and laugh in my face. Want their names and numbers? I have all the records and recordings of being laughed at, hung up on, being called a liar.

WOW, is all I can say. Just got @GetSpectrum Internet on last Monday, it hasn’t worked consistently, some time running 500mb, some time .11mb. I call to complain, the woman puts me on hold for 28 minutes, woman answers, say “I don’t know about internet “, just let’s me cancel.

@TwoCowsGames @TheDavidMurphy Same. I often used the referral links too in order to support TWC. I know it's only a fraction of sales but I imagine TWC is a driver for traffic due to its great content.

@scottward40 @Ask_Spectrum This is my whole point with Spectrum. They make promises they never keep. I’ve been promised for almost 4 months someone from corporate would call me and no one has. Now they are sending this back to the store when I’ve had it at the upper engineering level for months??? WTF?
